Lineups to late swap
Players whose games have started stay in their spots. Each lineup's open spots get several new options, built with today's projections for the games still to come, and every option is simmed against the field. Each lineup keeps whichever sims best.

More options find better swaps but take longer to sim. Each lineup's options are the best-projecting builds around its locked players, under the build's rules.
Next, the contest's payouts (picked for you when these lineups are in one of your entries contests). Then set the actual ownership of players already playing () and tweak projections for later games ().

Simulation
Plays the contest out thousands of times: every player gets a score from his projection, floor, and ceiling, with teammates and games moving together, and every entry (the field's and yours) is paid by where it finishes. Duplicated lineups split their prizes.
Floors and ceilings are read as each player's 20th and 80th percentile outcomes. Spread factors stretch or tighten them to match how real results have spread out; correlations tie teammates (and opponents) together.
Blowouts and overtime
Every sim plays each game out to a final margin around its spread ( games have Vegas lines; the rest use league-wide odds). Big margins pull starters' minutes () and hand them to the bench (). About of games go to overtime, more when the spread is close; the top 5 play the extra minutes and the next three players . Roles come from expected minutes (projection over each player's points per minute). Averages still match projections.
