AI Credit Deposit Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you purchase or auto-refill DraftDime AI Builder credits (“AI credits”). By depositing, you agree to the following.

1. What you are buying

AI credits are a prepaid wallet balance used only for DraftDime AI Builder features (for example lineup generation and related AI usage). Credits are not cash, have no cash value outside the product, and are not transferable.

2. No refunds

Once a deposit or auto-refill charge succeeds, it is non-refundable for any reason, including unused balance, change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI output, or contest results.

3. Account access, cancellation, and failed payments

You cannot get AI credits refunded if you lose access to your account because of membership cancellation, expired membership, failed or declined payments, chargebacks, suspension, or any other loss of login or product access. Remaining credit balances are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable in those situations.

4. Usage, pricing, and minimum balance

• Credits are consumed as you use AI Builder features.
• Displayed prices and usage charges may change; the amount shown at checkout is what you pay for that deposit.
• AI Builder requires a minimum wallet balance before certain features will run. That minimum is set by DraftDime and may change over time. The product will show the current minimum when a deposit is required (for example on the purchase / deposit screen).
• As of the date above, the configured minima are approximately: $2.00 to generate lineups, $2.00 for assistant turns, and $0.10 to parse payout screenshots. If these values change, the in-product messaging and deposit screen control.
• AI output is provided as-is and does not guarantee contest performance or winnings.

5. Auto-refill (if enabled)

If you opt in, you authorize DraftDime to charge your saved payment method for the stated refill amount when your balance falls below the stated threshold. You can turn auto-refill off from the Usage page. Completed auto-refill charges are also non-refundable.

Current default auto-refill settings (applied when you enable auto-refill, unless otherwise shown): refill when balance falls below $5.00, by charging $20.00. DraftDime may update these defaults; the values shown when you enable or confirm auto-refill control.

6. Your account responsibility

You are responsible for activity on your account, including deposits and AI usage. Keep your login secure. Unauthorized use of your account does not create a right to a refund.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep AI Builder available, but features may be interrupted, changed, or limited. Temporary outages or model/provider issues do not entitle you to a deposit refund.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued depositing after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms for future purchases.
