AI Credit Deposit Terms
These terms apply when you buy or auto-refill DraftDime AI credits ("AI credits"). By depositing, you agree to the following.
All AI credit deposits are final. No refunds.
1. What you are buying
AI credits are a prepaid balance used only for DraftDime AI features (lineup builds, the assistant and payout screenshot reading). Credits are not cash, have no cash value outside the product, and can't be transferred.
2. No refunds
Once a deposit or auto-refill charge succeeds it is non-refundable for any reason, including unused balance, change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI output, or contest results.
3. Account access and failed payments
Credits aren't refunded if you lose access to your account through membership cancellation or expiry, failed or declined payments, chargebacks, suspension, or any other loss of access.
4. Usage, pricing and minimum balance
- Credits are used up as you use AI features. A build reserves its estimated cost while it runs and is charged what it actually used when it finishes.
- Usage prices may change; the amount shown at checkout is what you pay for that deposit.
- Some features need a minimum available balance to start: about $2.00 for an AI build, $2.00 for the assistant and $0.10 to read payout screenshots. The in-product messages show the current minimums.
- AI output is provided as-is and does not guarantee contest performance or winnings.
5. Auto-refill
If you opt in, you authorize DraftDime to charge your saved card the refill amount when your balance falls below the threshold (currently $20.00 below $5.00). Turn it off any time on the AI Wallet page. Completed auto-refill charges are also non-refundable.
6. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account, including deposits and AI usage. Unauthorized use of your account does not create a right to a refund.
7. Availability and changes
AI features may be interrupted, changed or limited; outages or provider issues don't entitle you to a refund. We may update these terms, and depositing after a change means you accept them for future purchases.
