3. PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS
a. Individual Use: All paid subscriptions are for individual use only and may not be shared with others.
b. Types of Subscriptions: DraftDime offers three different types of paid memberships, herein referred to as ‘RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS’, ‘FULL-SEASON MEMBERSHIPS’, and ‘FULL-YEAR MEMBERSHIPS’. All three types of memberships provide access to our premium tools, which are specified upon purchase.
c. RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS:
- Automatic Renewal: All RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period, unless you cancel your subscription.
- Billing: You authorize draftdime.com to charge your PayPal or credit card for renewal.
d. Free Trials: New users may have the opportunity to sign up for a Free Trial. At the trial’s end, billing commences unless you cancel before the trial period concludes.
e. Seasonal Pausing: Monthly recurring memberships for specific sports will pause upon season completion and resume at the start of the next season.
f. Cancellation: You can cancel RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS at any time through your account settings on our website: https://draftdime.com/account. Cancellation does not result in partial-month refunds.
4. FULL-SEASON MEMBERSHIPS
a. Non-Renewal: FULL-SEASON MEMBERSHIPS do not renew at the end of the membership period.
b. Access: Access to tools for a specific sport lasts from the purchase date until the last game of playoffs. Interruptions in the season extend premium access upon resumption.
c. Cancellation: DraftDime will not provide refunds for partial-season subscriptions except in cases of season cancellation.
5. FULL-YEAR MEMBERSHIPS
FULL-YEAR MEMBERSHIPS grant you access for a period of one year, commencing from the date of your initial sign-up and concluding on the anniversary of that sign-up date.
6. REFUND POLICY
a. Final Payments: All payments are final, and DraftDime.com does not provide refunds.
b. Free Trials: Most new users are eligible for a Free 7-Day trial, with the option to cancel before trial end to avoid charges.
7. WEBSITE CONTENT
You acknowledge that DraftDime does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided on our website, including player salaries, gametimes, and schedules.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree that:
a. No Guarantees: DraftDime.com and its owners cannot guarantee that you will achieve specific results or win as a result of using our tools.
b. No Liability: Under no circumstances will DraftDime.com and its owners be held liable for any damages you incur as a result of using our service. You use our services at your own risk.
